Online booking: the data required for your stay and payment is collected and processed by our booking engine eviivo.

Your language preference, stored locally in your browser so the site displays in the right language.

Purposes and legal basis

Answering your enquiries and managing your stay (performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps), and meeting our legal and accounting obligations.

Recipients

Data is shared with the La Réserve team and our technical providers (website hosting, eviivo booking engine, email delivery service). It is never sold.

Retention

Contact enquiries are kept for the time needed to answer them and archived for a maximum of three years. Stay-related documents are kept for the legal periods.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. Write to contact@lareservedesalondeprovence.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL).
