Terms of use and booking conditions

Purpose

The website presents La Réserve's apartments, the related services (breakfast served in your room, concierge, self check-in) and gives access to the booking engine.

Use of the website

Visitors agree to use the site in good faith, without disrupting it or extracting its content on a large scale.

Booking and payment

A booking is firm once confirmed by the eviivo booking engine and the confirmation email is received. Rates are in euros; any tourist tax is charged in addition.

Rates shown on the site are 'from' prices and vary with the season and length of stay.

Arrival and departure

Access to the house is self-service 24/7 using the instructions sent before arrival. Check-in and check-out times are stated in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation and changes

The applicable cancellation and change conditions are those displayed at the time of booking on eviivo and repeated in your confirmation email.

During your stay

All apartments are non-smoking. Quiet is requested after 10pm out of respect for other guests and the historic town centre. Any damage may be charged.
