Everything to know before your stay

Check-in is from 4pm. The house is accessible 24/7: you receive your self-access instructions before arrival, so a late-evening or night arrival is never a problem.

Check-out is until 11am. A later departure is sometimes possible depending on the day's arrivals — just ask the concierge and we will do our best.

There is no permanently staffed desk, but a concierge is reachable by phone every day. We are happy to welcome you in person if you tell us your arrival time.

Yes, on request and subject to availability. Let us know the day before so we can arrange it.

The house is in the town centre, 33 Place de l'Hôtel de Ville. Several public car parks are a few minutes' walk away; we will point you to the most convenient one for your vehicle.

It is offered as an option at €15 per person. Add it when booking, or ask us on site the evening before.

Between 7.30am and 10.30am, at the time of your choice. The tray is prepared and served directly in your apartment.

Hot drinks, fresh fruit juice, baguette, croissants and pains au chocolat, butter, jams and honey, yoghurt, fresh fruit and cereals.

Tell us before you arrive: we adapt the tray (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan) wherever possible.

A late arrival is never an issue — access is self-service, simply let us know. An early departure remains charged according to your booking conditions.

Yes. La Réserve has six apartments — around twenty guests on an exclusive basis — at 33 place de l'Hôtel de Ville. Most couples celebrating in a mas or estate around Salon-de-Provence choose this option.

Salon-de-Provence is 10 minutes from the La Crau business zone, 35 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, 45 minutes from Marseille and its airport, 50 minutes from Avignon.

The Château de l'Empéri, the Saint-Laurent collegiate church, the moss-covered fountain and the historic soap works are all under a ten-minute walk. Our address book lists our favourite tables and shops.

Around twenty restaurants sit in the old town, several of them under three minutes away. We are happy to book a table for you.

Salon-de-Provence station is 10 minutes away by car and shuttles link Marseille-Provence airport in 45 minutes; a taxi drops you at the door.

The historic centre of Salon-de-Provence is semi-pedestrian: you may drop your luggage at 33, place de l'Hôtel de Ville, then park in one of the town-centre public car parks, all less than a five-minute walk away. We send the access map with your confirmation.

Allow around 45 minutes by road from Marseille-Provence airport and around 35 minutes from Aix-en-Provence TGV station, via the A7 then the A54. The Salon-Centre exit leaves you a few minutes from place de l'Hôtel de Ville.

Yes: access is self-service 24/7 with a personal code sent before arrival, which suits late flights into Marseille-Provence as well as returns from weddings in the Crau or the Alpilles.

Yes, the whole old town is walkable: the Château de l'Empéri, the Fontaine Moussue, the Saint-Laurent collegiate church and the Nostradamus house are all under ten minutes from 33, place de l'Hôtel de Ville.

The town-centre market fills the streets a few steps from the house in the morning, several times a week: Crau growers, olive oils, cheeses and Marseille soap. We confirm the exact days of your stay on arrival.

Spring and early summer for the lavender of the Valensole plateau and the Alpilles, September for the harvest and the light, winter for a quiet historic centre and gentler rates. The house is open all year.

Les Baux-de-Provence and Saint-Rémy are about 30 minutes away, Aix-en-Provence 35 minutes, Arles and the Camargue 45 minutes, the Luberon about an hour. Salon is a central base for a Provence road trip.

Yes. The Crau business park is about 10 minutes by car, Aix-en-Provence 35 minutes and Marseille 45 minutes: the town-centre location means you can dine and work in the evening without taking the car again.

The Deluxe Apartment starts from €159 per night and the Family Deluxe Apartment from €290 per night, depending on the season and the length of stay. Continental breakfast is €15 per person and special rates apply to long stays.
