修复
这栋房屋经过逐个房间的修复：保留了石质和锻铁楼梯，露出了高高的天花板和木梁，护壁板重新涂上了赤陶色、锦葵色、赭石色和午夜蓝色。
六间客房，三套公寓
三层楼共有六套独立公寓，每两套可合并为一套双卧室家庭公寓。每套都配有小厨房和带大理石的浴室。
一间没有接待处的宅邸
